Vicky L. Strada is an Associate who has a broad litigation practice, including construction contract, defect, and worksite accidents, product and premises liability matters, professional liability, and other general litigation cases.  Vicky is a graduate of Stanford University and Pepperdine University School of Law.

Lori Worthington Hurl is of Counsel and practices civil litigation defense, with an emphasis on professional liability. Lori's broad experience also includes employment, transportation, premises liability, and other personal injury litigation. Lori is a graduate of the University of Washington and Gonzaga University School of Law.

Galina Kletser Jakobson is of Counsel and specializes in all areas of insurance coverage, ranging from advising insurers of their rights and obligations under the relevant policy, to representing carriers in declaratory relief, contribution, and bad faith litigation. Galina is a graduate of San Francisco State University and the University of San Francisco School of Law.



On Tuesday, July 31, 2018, outgoing President of the King County Bar Association, Andy Maron, surprised Shareholder, Carl Forsberg, bestowing upon Carl KCBA’s prestigious 2018 President’s Award.  When presenting the award, in an impromptu meeting before all of the firm’s employees, Andy Maron and Andy Prazuch, Executive Director of the King County Bar Association, explained that the President’s Award was being given to Carl not only for his most recent six years as Chair of the King County Bar Association’s Judicial Officer’s Survey Committee but also Carl’s 18(+) years of work on the Bar Association’s other judicial related committees; including membership and chairing the Judicial Screening and Judicial Conferencing Committees. 

When presenting the award, Andy Maron explained that Carl’s current duties as Chair of the Judicial Officer Survey Committee include selecting and facilitating a committee of junior and senior bar members as well as retired Judges, to conduct biannual surveys which evaluate sitting judges in the District, Municipal and Superior Courts in King County.  Andy explained that Carl has worked behind the scenes with judges, government and private attorneys providing information and reestablishing credibility in the Bar’s Judicial Surveys. 

The Shareholders, attorneys, paralegals and staff all want to congratulate Carl for his prior work on these judicial committees and also his receipt of the King County Bar Association’s 2018 President’s Award.
